After your initial phone call, your examination appointment is scheduled at your earliest convenience. Prior to such, you'll receive a packet which includes additional information about our practice as well as a health history questionnaire.
At our initial examination we will provide you with the following information:
- Whether or not orthodontic care should be considered
- When treatment might best begin
- What treatment options may be available
- Approximate treatment time
- An estimation of treatment fees and insurance benefits
Should orthodontic care be indicated, diagnostic orthodontic records are a next step to confirm our clinical findings and to allow a customized plan of care to be developed. We allow adequate time during your first visit to gather such as necessary.
